This year our Summer Event is planned at the end of the International Week of Happiness at Work 2022.
In the week from 19 – 25 September, we will have activities at the office dedicated to this topic.
On Friday 23, we will close the week with our legendary Summer Event.
In the upcoming weeks this webpage will give you more information about the upcoming activities and our Summer Event.
The teams have been announced! It´s time to get gather your team and discuss the best strategies. Is your team going to be the winning team of 2023? Or does your team has the best player of ProMedia? Or even the Talent of the year? We can’t wait to see all of you out there on the field!
We have organized a bus, THE perfect way to get from the office to Hoek van Holland. BUT BE AWARE! There are only 50 spots, please register through the link, full=full. Only register when you plan to use a spot both ways.
The bus will leave the office at 14.00h.
Everybody wants to be happy. Also at work. We spend a lot of time at work after all. Plus, when we are happy at work, we will also be happier for the rest of our lives. That’s why Happiness at Work is an important topic internationally and for ProMedia.
The idea behind the IWOFAW is that happiness is a shared responsibility and this week is not owned by anyone. That said, we want to initiate a couple of activities that you can join this week to give attention to your happiness and this theme. Feel free to join them, And if you have ideas to do other activities, please feel free to share them!

We will kick of the week with a shared ‘Bring Your Own’
Bring your own yogurt, ‘boterhammetjes’ or something special if you prefer.
We will make sure there is also something sweet.
We will have ‘The Happy at Work Manifesto‘ at the breakfast. Every one who want can sign underwrite this to undersign that he/she/they want to contribute to making happiness at work the norm, not the exception. And that you will do everything within my capacity to make yourself, your team, and the organization happier.
Let’s stretch those legs!
Breathing in some fresh air, stretching your legs (and we don’t mean by climbing up all stairs up to the 18th floor), that could be a nice break in between all your work. And how fun to do that with a group of colleagues. So how about it? Are you joining us on Wednesday to have a stroll around Rotterdam?

How about some relaxing time in between work? Sound great right? We have a message therapist coming into the office to give chair massages! An email has been sent out with more info. Claim your spot by replying in the excel form.
On Friday, September 23, during the last day of the International Week of Happiness at work, we will be battling each other in mixed teams on the beach volleyball field at Strandpaviljoen Zeebad in Hoek van Holland.
After a thrilling and exciting battle on the field, crowning our winners and celebrating those brave warriors who stand by ProMedia for years and years to come (aka ‘anniversaries’ ) we will proceed with our feast with a delicious BBQ and Drinks.
