Promedia Group’s Rail & Infra division has two distinct business directions: Rail Infra & Rail Freight. Our online trade magazines target the European, British and Chinese industries and are published in Dutch, Belgian, French, Chinese and English. We also facilitate events across the European Union to accelerate the exchange of knowledge and business.
All journals have a team of dedicated editors, each specializing in particular topics. The editors work together so that the best-informed journalist can address a particular topic, providing our readers with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
We work in a self-managing team. Within our team we work together with colleagues who focus on product development, marketing and account management.
“Our business team is dedicated to accelerate the knowledge and business in the rail infra & rail freight industry!”Rob Vos
Division Director Rail & Infra
SpoorPro is an online trade magazine that focuses on the Dutch rail sector. Here we write news and background stories about new railway lines, maintenance, rolling stock, signaling systems, rail connections and innovations.
RailTech.com is the international sister publication of SpoorPro and focuses on the same topics, but with an international focus. This online trade journal provides an overview of European policy in the field of international rail connections and (cross-border) innovations. Railway infrastructure, maintenance and innovations are also important topics for RailTech.
In 2021, the team launched two online trade magazines focusing on the rail industry in Belgium. RailTech.be/nl focuses on the Flemish part of Belgium and RailTech.be/fr on Wallonia.
The rail team organizes various events such as RailTech Europe, Track Access Charges Summit, the Intelligent Rail Summit and the SpoorPro Seminars. We build live communities in which professionals can exchange ideas and build on innovations together to strengthen the position of the rail sector and the professionals who work in it.
RailFreight.com focuses on the international rail freight sector. You can find stories about the European freight sector, but the New Silk Road from Europe to China and the connecting countries also play an important role. Topics that you can find on RailFreight.com are related to, among other things, corridors, new routes and services, policy, financial developments, technologies and logistics hubs and ports.
Railfreight.Cn is the Chinese sister publication of RailFreight.com and focuses on bringing European news to China in Mandarin.
The RailFreight team organizes various events with a strong local focus and current themes. A complete overview can be found here.
In addition to the titles above, the team also includes Projectcargojournal.com, which specializes in project cargo, and Child in the City, an independent foundation whose main goal is to empower children in cities, promote and protect their rights, connect people around these shared goals and provide a platform.
