ProMedia Group uses personal data of users and delegates of our events to serve them with relevant news and content of our magazines and the organisation of our events. In every mass e-mail, you can unsubscribe via the ‘unsubcribe’ or ‘email preference’ link in the footer of that email. This data is accessible for ProMedia Group employees. If you would like to know which of your personal data has been stored within our system, or if you would like to adjust or delete your personal data, please send in an request via this form. Please note that we never sell any personal data to 3rd parties.

Privacy policy

This User Agreement and Privacy Policy governs each website, mobile site, application, and/or other service, regardless of how distributed, transmitted, published, or broadcast (each, a “Service”) provided by ProMedia Group, its parent, subsidiaries and/or affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that links to this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, which is binding on all those who access, visit and/or use the Service, whether acting as an individual or on behalf of an entity, including you and all persons, entities, or digital engines of any kind that harvest, crawl, index, scrape, spider, or mine digital content by an automated or manual process or otherwise (collectively, “you” or “your”).

Log Files and Cookies

Our websites utilize industry standard analytics packages which gathers limited information on visitors to our website automatically, and stores this anonymous information in server log files. This information does not identify individual users; it is used only for site administration, as well as for analysis of website usage and trends.

ProMedia websites uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google and Facebook, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the ProMedia websites. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

We also use cookies to store and collect information when you visit our websites for tracking purposes. We use this data to optimise the performance and experience you’ll have on our websites. Registration is not required in order to use or access our websites. However, this site may make forums, comments, blogs, message boards or similar available to its users. Deletion of personal data

If you wish us to delete your personal data, please send in a request to our privacy officer via bart.pals@promedia.nl. If you are not active on emails that are sent through are system for three years, your data will be automatically removed.
